What a week! The Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel is done, and we couldn't be prouder. This was our second time lighting the entire contest, this time from the St. Jakobshalle, working with Florian Wieder's wonderfully layered set design to create one big, unified look for the show while giving all 37 delegations their own world.
Our core team grew to 14 this year, with the lighting control department also taking on the programming of playback video content for every delegation. Huge thanks to associate LDs Morgan Evans and James Scott, gaffer Keith Duncan, best boy Mark Henry, Lindsey Markham and the whole crew at Neg Earth Lights, and our technical partners at Robe, Claypaky, GLP and Syncronorm (Depence), whose previs let us show every delegation their performance before we'd even arrived in Switzerland.
