We're delighted to announce that Morgan Evans has been appointed a Director of Tim Routledge Design. Morgan joined us in 2021 as a Design Associate, straight from Rose Bruford College with a First in Creative Lighting Control, and has become central to everything we do.
In the last two years alone Morgan has been associate lighting designer on Eurovision in Basel and Vienna, co-designed the lighting for Dave's The Boy Who Played The Harp, programmed London's New Year's Eve show, and designed Shirin David's 2025 tour in his own right. Becoming a director recognises the creative and leadership role he already plays across the studio. Here's to the next chapter!
